Creating an email template that doesn’t disappear from your drafts folder

Here’s a question I was asked to solve:
Do you know if there is anyway to draft an email that can be sent over and over again. I saved one in drafts but after I sent it to someone it vanished from drafts and I had to retype it all again for the next person. I just want to be able to send an email with links in it for things like my website and other useful links without having to keep copying and pasting the text. I only want to send it to one person at a time usually after I have spoken to them on the phone.

Click on the video to see one way of solving this dilemma.
